Myself and my wife are Software Engineers by profession. Got interested in REI in the last couple of years. We have 5 rentals in Raleigh, NC.Currently self managing these 5 rentals. Between our day jobs and kid our Goal is to have 10 rentals by end of 2020. Also would like to look at some Flips and/or BRRR properties during this time.
