I am in Law Enforcement and have acquired an interest in real estate. Although I am new to the industry I do have many family memebers who own multifamily homes as passive income.
I'm currently a student at UF (Gainesville, FL), completing my last year. I have received my Real Estate Associate's License.
I’ve recently joined the army and realized I don’t want to work at a job I don’t like when I get out. So I’ve been doing research on real estate investing and found it to be interesting. Now I’m ready to start buying properties and generating passive income.
