I am currently in the process of learning about becoming a birddog and hoping to become a Real Estate agent sometime in the next year or two. I am trying to compile a list of local investors and possibly going to start a REI Club within the next year for my area.

Currently working on my real estate license. I work for a construction company that does a lot of flip-houses. Learning as much as I can through BP and who i surround myself with. Trying to get those 4 green houses and 1 red hotel.
