Looking to better understand real estate ivesting
My name is Gary Trepanier. I am a graduate student and beginner real estate investor.
I work as a General Manager in the advertising, marketing, and content creation industries in New York City. I earned my MBA at Columbia University. I've spent my entire life in the tri-state (NY, NJ, CT) area and am looking to invest in multi family properties in the area I know well.
New to the field, looking to getting started in the real estate investing field in order to make a better life for my family and myself and be able to retire from my job early.
I am currently a senior majoring in mechanical engineering.
