I was once a Realtor but found the endeavor not very profitable from my perspective. I believe I have the necessary diligence, perseverance, and drive to make Real Estate investment fruitful, while providing affordable accommodations at reasonable prices.

I have wholesaled one deal. I have done owner finance part of the deal. I did a deal where I got cash back at closing.
