Enjoyed the liberation of moving frequently as a renter for years, saved a down payment and decided 2020 was the year to buy, then the pandemic hit. I hesitated, chose a mediocre RE agent, and ended up in the tsunami of buyers among a glut of inventory.
Now, I'm trying to figure out how to get my first house, ideally a live-in fixer...
