I am in the military and a few years back just bought my first home. Because I deploy alot I became a landlord on accident but I'm starting to like it. A co-worker sent me this link because I am interested in learning possibly using some of my extra income to invest in the real estate market. Here's to meeting new people who share the same...
I currently own one commercial property I rent in the small town I live in. I am looking to buy 1-2 additional rental houses for the next 5 years, having all paid off in the next 15 years. I am going to retire in 15 years and will use the properties for income and a work in retirement.
At the moment my only source of rental income is a basement suite in my home, but I would like to expand to having a few similar size properties to rent out as well.
I am currently an H. I. S. D. employee. I received an Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administrator in the Healthcare industry. Also, prev iouslying went to Champion Retates School. I would like to learn how to flip house's however, if anyone know an school that I can attend please email the information.
Have bought and sold several homes- that I lived in.
Looking now to diversify investments.
