I'm a real estate agent and new to investing. I'm looking to become involved in fix and flips and eventually buy and hold.
I am a buy and hold investor and also finance investment real estate by profession. I am a lender at a community bank and have financed millions of dollars of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
In process of my first intentional flip. Have done a couple live in rehab and resell. Built a personal residence primarily myself with contracting some out. Once had a three family.
I am a 23 year old military veteran and after watching my dad work himself to death while not being able to spend much time with him, I would like to grow my real estate investments so my family can live a financially independent lifestyle while meeting successful and amazing people along the way.
Been active in RE since 1980 lots of ways, single family, multi family, land development. So just love working with people and property along the way.
