Began my career after college as a hotel broker and have transacted over 200 million in hospitality. Started a CRE investment company several years ago with an emphasis on multifamily and retail.
I have spent 15+ years building and repairing everything from county health departments to million dollar ranch homes. Not only can I repair anything before I list it. I can also remodel anything they way you want it after the purchase. Don't worry though, if its to big for me then I have to connection and team that can get it done!
