I am new to the Austin area and am interested in getting involved in Wholesale and Flipping. I am not an experienced investor....yet. I did attend the FB seminar last August and am STILL debating whether to take the plunge and pay the 25K or not. I have joined my local REI meet up group but have only been to two meeting so far.
