I want to own a Holistic Wellness Retreat. Found a great location, looking for investor or ways to purchase no money down.
I am 60 years old, I have worked in the construction buisiness most of my life. I have attended seminars about RE and payed small fortunes to pay for an education that always fall short from what is promised. I have bought and sold homes in the past but my success has been very limited. My ignorant naivety has been my down fall.
Complete novice to real estate investment. Have a strong interest in learning and getting started.
Just trying to learn something new
I flipped several houses profitably 10 years ago and held two as rentals for over 10 years. I just sold the last of them recently and am thinking about getting back involved in real estate.
