I started my investment property journey in 2001.
Rather than purchase a condo or sfr, I chose to buy a triplex and haven’t looked back. After refinancing that property in 2003, I bought a 9 unit bldg with a 10th, non-conforming unit that I still own today.
I’ve refinanced the 9 unit a few times; I’ve purchased two personal homes...
