I have just graduated college with a degree in Finance and am interested in purchasing my first rental property. I have a full-time job in commercial real estate.
My initial strategy is buy and hold rentals and eventually want to get into house flipping.

I owned and managed pack and ship franchise for last 15 years. I had to close the store due to increase in monthly rent. Besides it was no longer a profitable venture due to changing industry dynamics.
