I'm currently a teacher and coach, but I would like to retire more comfortably than my profession would normally allow. I've always been interested in real estate, and want to learn more about how to invest successfully and wisely, since my margin for error is low.
Over 40 years buying, selling, rehabbing and managing. Still learning everyday. Starting over in Michigan after 10 years in SC. Have good financing, but need a partner to do deals with good credit and or cash for minimal start costs. IE: appraisals, refundable rehab start ups. Have more potential properties than time.
