I've always been interested in homes and real estate. I worked as a residential architect for awhile, now I work on commercial building energy efficiency.
In my free time I like to sail, spend time with my kids, and bike.
Recently took the plunge to full time investor. I have a strong background in commercial construction and have decided to use that to manage flips. Also have closed a few creative finance deals and see that as a great way to begin building a lucrative business.
