I work as a broker for lenders such as Lending Home, RCN, etc. I have a client that needs GAP funding and offers 20% for the 3 month loan and if for any reason the loan goes into a 4 or 5th month which is not forseen, but being protected he will over on the 4th month if it goes that far 25% for all months after the 3rd month.
