I own a home with my husband and am now looking at buying another (hopefully 2 family one) in Asheville, NC, primarily as an investment. My husband is a contractor, so we are planning on fixing up the house to be able to rent it.

I am just starting to learn the business and my goals are simple. To generate income to help my family.
