Newbie. Just trying to get into real estate investing. I do not have piles of cash to use.
My initial thoughts to make some money wholesaling and to use that to break into owning rental properties.
I'm 41 have 2 teenage children. I work 50-60 hours a week and need to supplement and or replace my current income. I would really like to be self employed and replace my income within the next 3-5 years.
