I am just getting started, however I do have a criteria for the acquiring properties. I am looking for properties with 8+ Cap Rate, Cash on Cash Return of 16% and Debt Coverage of at least 1.6.
I ve read numerous books on real estate investing. Went from bad credit to having home loan offers sent to me. Ive been buying and selling cars but I need a walk thru or some experience around me so I dont start off real estate investing losing money.
