I have been rehabing properties for investors for 5 years. I am very familiar with most challenges of a rehab.... foundation issues, roof issues, water damage. My expertise is properties with significant MOLD.
I own a cabinet company and have helped others flip houses. My son and I have saved money to begin investing. I have access to vendors and a comprehensive understanding of construction. Interested in starting out slowly.
My husband and I live in Tampa, FL and have been involved with real estate flipping in the past. Since Tampa is a buyer's market, we feel it's a good time to "re-involve" ourselves in real estate investing. We also have a background in mortgage lending.
