Living in a small town in New Zealand and wanting to learn about rental properties and the pros and cons before I invest in real estate.
I am interested in investing and hope to begin by purchasing my first duplex. I own 2 homes in southern California, one of which is rented and the other is being prepared for rental. I am now saving money for the down payment of a duplex with FHA financing in Portland, Oregon.
