I am highly motivated to get involved in real estate but I just don't have the financial resources right now. I am not sure where to start. I have bought, renovated, rented and sold one property already and I am looking to keep going.

I have supported myself and helped raise a family while working as a musician. Will know in a couple weeks if my first attempt to purchase a short sale is successful or not.
