I am a full time flipper/investor who buys and flips properties in Dallas Texas. I mainly focus in southern parts of Dallas- Duncanville, Desoto, cedar hill, modlothian, Lancaster, Grand Prairie, Oak cliff. I’m looking to connect with any local house flippers or investors and share any knowledge pertaining to flipping or investing.
I'm a full time mechanical design engineer, as well as landlord, and home owner. I've done full renovations, created plans for permitting room additions and looking to start investing in rehabs to flip, and possibly keep for long term rentals after building some cash reserves.
