I have recently retired from the Navy and invest in buy & hold properties. I currently hold three long-term rentals in the SE Georgia area.
Experience:
I've previously owned a condo in Hawaii that I rented out for five years before selling it in January 2016. I hold three rental units and my current primary residence.
