I want to get into investing part of real estate. I have my own construction company. We do most of everything from minor fixing to full rehab of houses. I want to be the one purchasing property and turning the profit. I want to learn how to find the right property to make the profit and not be forced into a negative cash flow.
I was a licensed real estate agent for twelve years in Massachusetts. I moved to Texas in 2017, and would like to begin investing in real estate. I am currently considering buying and flipping properties, buy and hold rental properties and real estate back notes as well.
