I work as a residential/commercial real estate agent and also work as an assistant to a guy who has a family trust controlling 2,000 properties throughout the US with others in Europe. We belong to several trade organizations as well including NCE, ITEX and Treasure Valley Exchange.

Was involved in real estate before the crash of 2007-8 and was doing well. However, you know the rest. I was doing buy and hold but also should have changed with the market. I got out during the crash but was damaged financially. I have the same spirit and hope that got me involved in the first place. This time there will be no turning back.
