I'm 20 yrs old. My buddy and I are ready to start buying, His father is a contractor and mine is an owner of roofing and construction business, that does a lot of remodeling and also owns roughly 30 properties (some renters some owner financed). We both have "very good" credit and have plenty of money for down payments
