I currently reside in Rochester, NY. I bought my first property (duplex) in 2012 and bought another property (triplex) in 2013. My strategy is purchasing properties in the popular Park and East Avenue Area and doing "value added" renovations to enhance the performance and value of the property.

I am 65 and bought my first property in 1989. I
sold a ten family in New York in 1999 for a $250,
000 profit, then I moved to Virginia and have done
some residential flipping and buying and selling of
land. I would like to start wholesaling apartment
buildings.
