Just turned 50, have worked in medical equipment maintenance for 15+ years. I pays the bills but I want more. I'm pretty good at DYI and have some additional cash to play with, so figured home rehabbing would be the way to go. I like fixing- why not get paid for it. There are very few things I am not able to handle on my own.
