I purchased my first foreclosure many years ago and made a profit. I haven't been in real estate since. I've decided that working a 9-5 is not going to provide the kind of security I want in my life, so I've decided to learn more about flipping houses, rental properties etc.
Just starting out and getting as much information as possible. I would like to start local and then branch out to other states.
