I've been Mortgage Broker since 1992.
I've been investing in real estate since 1994.
The real estate income surpassed the mortgage income for the first time last year!!!
I have a 32 unit building in Lair Hill in Downtown Portland and a 44 unit building in the ABC Historic district in downtown Portland....
