Hello, I currently work in the electric utility industry and I am wanting to dive into the world of real estate investing. I would like to start my real estate journey in San Antonio TX, just for convenience, and I have been looking into purchasing my first investment at a foreclosure auction.

Dove into REI only a few months ago (beginning of 2023) - and so far have just been reading a ton of books, doing research, etc. Outside of real estate - I'm a tech entrepreneur / software engineer.
