I just bought my first rental property a little over a year ago. I did repairs during the first year and have just started trying to get tenants but I’m not sure what I’m doing. I got a property manager but I feel like I’m still doing all the leg work.. so I am hoping to learn how to manage my own property
For the 15 years before year 2000 I owned a mortgage company in Orange County CA. In 2000 I moved to the Tampa area of Florida and started wholesaling houses. I have continued wholesaling houses since moving to Texas in 2007.
