I am Regional Sales Director for SmartRent (smartrent.com) and am heading our push into the Single Family (For Rent and For Sale) space. My family lives in Lilburn and my wife and I own a few rentals in Gwinnett County, and look to grow that portfolio.
I've recently bought my first rental property and I've been hooked. My current goal is to add 5 houses within the next 5 year to my rental portfolio. I'm looking to do some rehabs and flips in the mean time to help fund my purchasing of more properties to keep!
