Built and sold 3 houses that I also lived in. Now would like to learn more on fix and flips and foreclosures and preforeclosures. I'm a plumber/Hvac installer. So I know a bit about the work involved in flips just not the financials.

I am a Journeyman Carpenter. It just so happens that I am also a marine, this means I move around and considering I am married I need a home, rather than constant buying and selling me and my wife will use the VA mortgage for our first two houses then turn them into rentals andfrom there I need more info on how to continue gaining properties...
