Started buying props in 2006, bought 7 props between April 2006 and March 2009. After the bank fallout, we lost thousands as we were forced to work with brokers and a few banks that just wasted out time and took our money. For last nineteen months have tried to assemble private money. Everytime I tried to go forward they would bail out on me....
