I just got started in real estate investing and purchased my first 5 plex recently. It was slightly distressed with under market rents. It flows currently, but I am hoping to add value through strategic repairs/expenditures and growing rents. I am most interested in buy and hold, multi family properties in the 4-8 unit range.
