I am in San Diego California and trying to wholesale distress discounted properties. I also own 6 rental homes in Michigan, one in Las Vegas, and in addition to my primary residence I own a rental condo here in San Diego. I belong to 3 different investors club trying to find fix/flip buyers with cash.
I'm looking for a suitable partner to buy & hold or flip real estate in San Francisco. I'm willing to provide the capital and find good deals and need a partner who can manage the remodel.
My Boyfriend Pat and I are new to the real estate Investing realm. I am a full time nursing student and he is in the Navy. We have one son and want to leave a legacy behind for him. We see real estate investing as an exciting industry and smart investment for our future!
