I used to be a realtor many years ago. And I have a daughter that is a realtor. However right now I only have 12 days to retrieve property in South Carolina or it will be gone forever. My plan is to keep some and sell some. AND then build on a piece for residual income. The sale of some will more than cover the redemption price- loan....
