I am very interested in investing in Multi-Family and SFR. I own one SFR in Dublin and I need to get back into the market after years of being stung from my first investment property that I purchased in 2005. Looking to work to help like minded people in my area, and hopefully learn in the process.
My partners and I are real estate wholesalers in the Tampa Bay area in Florida. We started this business in February 2016. At the moment, we are only doing this part-time. The kind of deals we prefer are assignments, although we are considering bird dog agreements.
