My wife and I moved to Southern Pines, NC five years ago. When we moved from Garner, NC we held and converted that home into a rental property. We feel great about the growth potential for southern Raleigh and would be interested in any advice or opportunities to be had about deals in that area as well as our new home in the Sandhills.
