I'm a full time IT analyst that has picked up an interest in real estate investing for additional cash flow.
Experience:
I do not have any real estate transaction experience.
Real Estate Goals:
Get my feet wet with real estate wholesaling and using those proceeds to eventual wade into flipping/rehabbing homes....
