I have 20 years experience in multiple areas of real estate. Real estate sales, short and long term rentals, single and multifamily, property management, mobile homes and mobile home parks, land development, flips, syndication and raising private money.
We travel full time for work and play. We're always on the lookout for good RE deals. Short term rentals have been very good to us but we're looking to diversify by getting into some long term, single/multi family units.
Ex Military guy. (Combat Medic to be exact). Started wholesaling real estate and never looked back. Looking forward to sharing ideas with other RE investors.
