Always have had a love and addiction to real estate in my local area. I pretty know much where every house is for sale, I want to learn how to find investment money, purchase a fixer upper and /or foreclosure sand resale them. I may end up getting my license as well. After 10 years, I should.
Hi Everyone I’m a Rental Property investor with 30 single family houses. I’m also a Directional Driller in the oilfield. So I maintain a full time job and have a property manager to manage my houses. I’m very excited to be on here to learn from other investors. My goal is to be at 100 doors in 8-10 years.
