I am retired, i've had my real estate license since 2005, but just joined a real estate team in 2015. I've owned rentals, lost them in a divorce and I am looking to pick up some more so I can REALLY retire with a steady cash flow. I would like to try a flip or two, but I am more interested in buy and hold.
