We have 4 rentals, in Ca, mostly in Kern county. Looking for a couple more next year, when I retire from my career. Have enjoyed the entire process from looking, buying, fixing and putting out a nice finished rental. I'm even thinking about an out of state buy and hold venture, now that I've found Bigger Pockets!
