I'm a disabled guy because of a motorcycle accident. I was a general contractor and had been a termite inspector for a few years. I can't do all that I used to but I know how any part of construction needs to be done. I have never cut any corners with building or remodeling houses and apartments. I am a very honest and loyal person.
I am middle aged, and am interested in obtaining several rental properties to expand my investment holdings. I have construction skills and am interested in slightly depressed multi-dwelling units.
I just want to make sure going into this that I begin wisely, and don't make stupid mistakes.
I am interested in real estate investing as an additional source of income for my family.
I am an agent working with Weichert Realtors ,my husband is a contractor and we have done 203k loans together w him as contractor for my clients , and we would like to buy fix and flip homes on our own and to see what our options are to finance it without have to do a hard money loan .
