Hi We own, maintain/improve and manage 8 Rental addresses... We recently sold our 9th rental we had for over 18 years to pay off credit card debt.. We are currently trying to learn about Hard Money, and plan to flip a house project this winter. We currently still have 5 mortgages with less than 40,000 owed on each one. We than plan to buy...
