Prior to being a lender, I was a full-time Realtor from 2005-2011. As either the listing agent or sales agent, I was involved in about 250 transactions. In 2011, I decide to switch careers and focus on the financing side. In 2010, I started Hawkeye Properties, LLC with a few friends and I'm the president of the company.
