I do not have any experience in real estate. I would like to start investing in real estate and leave my 9-5 in a year.
I am turning 25 in a short amount of time. Currently an accountant, I am interested in making a start in real estate/investment properties/ house flipping. I have begun a small amount of research but I know there is much to learn. I own a house now, it is nice and could potentially be my first rental.
